Angel Gabriel Card

Lorenzo Lotto was a religious painter who was born in Venice, Italy, about 1480. He worked in Treviso, Bergamo, Venice and Rome and became known for his altarpieces and portraits. In 1554 he became a lay brother in the Loreto monastery.
