Return Address on back flap wasn't aligned accurately.

Missing the amount of envelopes I ordered. I was sent replacement envelopes within a few days of catching the error.

Paid to have the cards stuffed and sealed, cards arrived not stuffed and sealed so my office had to complete a job we paid them to do. They did reimburse the university for the amt paid.

in 10 years of ordering holiday cards, i have never been shorted until ordering with holiday classics. the entire order printed insert personalization was not quite centered and 3 were damaged. when i called in to have correct quantities fulfilled, i mentioned the damaged inserts, which were replaced well centered, so it is clear you have the capability to proof print orders. i was disappointed there was no font options for our personalization. we like to have a personalization with a handwritten appearance. the envelopes also had some manufacturing inconsistencies... several of the envelopes apparently slipped position when the self adhesive was applied. this was visible from the protective strip being too low and sometimes tucked into the envelope. however, since i had not yet sealed the envelopes when i called with the order quantity issue, i did not mention this to Wendy as i was still unaware. when ordering online, i was very dissatisfied with the inability to print what i "proofed". given the production slipping issues, i am hesitant to trust knowing what i may receive on potential future orders. it is too bad we had such a disappointing experience since as you are in sunman indiana and we are located in cincinnati ohio, holiday classics is a local large scale card printer option. in the end, i do not feel i received what we were promised and paid for and feel we should be offered a refund on a portion of the insert costs.

This card matched out "Poinsettia" theme perfectly! The card cut out matched the ornament we laser cut. The finished product with the red edged enevelope was so pretty, we were very excited to send our holiday card out this year!

The cards are beautiful. However - whoever packed the envelopes must have had black grease on their hands - several envelopes had black smeared finger prints on them. I was about 30 bands short of silver bands that hold the cards together. Several of them had 2 that were tied together which I had to untie and then retie and I still came up 30 short with the bands. I had to throw 6 away that were frayed and looked horrible.

From the moment I saw the picture of the card I loved it. Although Holiday Classics' prices far exceed other companies, I went ahead with purchase. I knew that assembling the cards was required and that wasn't a bother. There is an outside "flower" portion that needs to be folded over another paper containing the message and then a ribbon is provided to hold it together. The outside paper, although not necessarily flimsy, doesn't fold evenly making it difficult for the two papers to fit nicely together. The ribbon is only for show and doesn't add strength or support at all. I'm disappointed for spending so much on a what has the makings the perfect card but turns out far less flattering.

This is the 2nd year we've ordered these double-layered holiday cards to send to clients. The laser cut was clean and precise; the red ink color was rich and consistent over 100s of cards and matched the red trim on the envelopes perfectly. The gimps add a special touch! We received our order quickly and damage free.

When purchasing this card, I did not expect to have to assemble the cards completely--they came in three pieces: the cut-out overlay, the inner piece, and the silver bow piece. This will be an extremely time-consuming project to put them all together. Additionally, the inner card piece was very flimsy, and not what I had expected. Finally, there was not an option to include our company name inside of the card, so it just looks like a very generic card.
