    What, exactly, does the "customer assembly required" notation mean? Do the ribbons come already tied or do I have to do that?

      There are two pieces that get folded and put together, and then you do have to tie the ribbons.

    What color print (red or burgundy) would go best with this card? Do you have foil print?

      My choice would be to go with burgundy. Yes you can do foil at an additional fee, if you click on the quantity and the proceed with your order, click on the foil and it will tell you there what the additional fee will cost you, It is based on the qunatity.
